Shipping packages

Order processing:  We will process your order within 2 business days.

As soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number so that you can track the trajectory of your package.


Delivery service:

We ship across Canada using Canada Post services. If you prefer any other delivery option, please contact us.

Canada Post delivery time is 1 to 7 business days depending on location.


Shipping cost

  • Purchases of $65 and more (before taxes): delivery is free.
  • Purchases under $65 (before taxes): $10 fee.


Exceptions :

  • We do not charge delivery fees on certain items even if the total amount of the order is less than $65. These products are shipped by regular mail. Guarantee of manufacturing quality

All electrotherapy devices and stimulators benefit from a 3 (three) year warranty in effect from the date of purchase.

The manufacturer's warranty applies only to the device and does not cover accessories (wires, electrodes, chargers, pads, gels and others).

The defective device during the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty must be sent to Electro-Therapy Service to ensure rapid follow-up of your request.


The warranty can only be claimed by the purchaser of the new product upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Any modification of the product, excessive use, accidental factory damage, or any repair carried out by a third party completely voids the manufacturer's warranty.


Warranty return procedure:

  • Contact us by phone (1 800 761-1183) or by email (info@canadaset.com). We will identify the problem and assist you in resolving it. If we cannot resolve the problem remotely, the customer service representative will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Shipping costs are assumed by the customer.
  • The device manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the defective device depending on the nature of the problem.
  • Package the device well to protect it during transport. Select a shipping service that offers the option “Parcel tracking”.

  • Electro-therapy service cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or delays relating to goods transported.
  • Upon receipt of your device, we will inspect your device and repair or exchange it if the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect. If the problem comes from a breakdown during use, we will contact you to give you an estimate of the costs.

Loss or damage to items is the customer's responsibility from the moment we deliver the package to the carrier.

We take every means to keep in stock a sufficient quantity of the products for sale on its website. However, availability is not guaranteed and Service d'Électro-Thérapie cannot be held responsible for any damage due to out of stock.


If Electro-Therapy Service is unable to deliver an ordered product within a normal time frame, Customer Service will contact the customer to inform them of the delay. The customer may, if he wishes, request a cancellation and a refund of the transaction.



Electro-Therapy Service reserves the right to limit the quantities ordered through its website.
