Methods of payment

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Purchases made on our online store are instantly charged to the credit card you provided

PayPal Account:

Select PayPal when paying online and you will be redirected to a secure page to pay.

Our store is connected to the online commerce platform of PayPal, the world leader in electronic payments.


Order processing

We will process your order within 2 business days.

As soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Shipping service:

We deliver all across Canada using Canada Post services. If you prefer any other delivery option, please contact us.

Canada Post's delivery time is 1 to 7 business days depending on the location.

Shipping costs

Purchases of 65$ and more (before taxes): shipping is free.

Purchases under $65 (before taxes): $10 fees.

Exceptions :

  • We do not charge shipping fees on some items even if the total amount of the order is less than $65. These products are sent by regular mail.

All electrotherapy devices and stimulators are covered by a 3 (three) year warranty in effect on the date of purchase.

The manufacturer's warranty applies only to the device and does not cover accessories (wires, electrodes, chargers, pads, gels and others).

The defective device during the manufacturer's warranty period must be shipped to Electro-Therapy Service to ensure prompt follow-up of your request.

The warranty can only be claimed by the buyer of the new product upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Any modification of the product, excessive use, accidental damage, or repair by a third party will void the manufacturer's warranty in its entirety.

Return procedure under warranty:

  • Contact us by phone (1-800-761-1183) or by email ( We will evaluate the problem and assist you in its resolution.
  • If we cannot resolve the problem by phone, the customer service representative will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The customer assumes shipping costs. The manufacturer of the device retains the right to repair or replace the defective device depending on the nature of the problem.
  • Please pack the unit in such a way that it is well protected during transport.
  • Select a shipping service that offers the “Parcel Tracking ” option.

  • Electro-Therapy Service cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or delay related to the transported goods.
  • Upon receipt of your device, we will inspect your device and proceed with the repair or exchange if a manufacturing defect causes the problem. If the problem is due to a break in use, we will contact you to give you a cost estimate.

We take care to provide accurate information on this site and various media. However, publication errors of any kind will not be honoured.

The loss or damage of the items is the responsibility of the customer from the moment we deliver the package to the carrier.

We make every effort to keep a sufficient inventory of the products offered on our online store. However, the availability of these products is not guaranteed. Electro-Therapy Service waives any liability in case of inventory shortages.

If Electro-Therapy Service is unable to deliver an ordered product within the standard time frame, Customer Service will contact the customer to inform him/her about the delay. The customer may request a cancellation and refund of the transaction.

Electro-Therapy Service reserves the right to limit the quantities ordered through its website.
